Nettle is an expert at storing the sunshine of summer in its chlorophyll. The green pigment that has long been valued for supporting healthy blood and vitality makes Nettle an herb that you can feel profoundly with the first sip, flowing and energizing within.

Nettle is one of the most mineral-rich plants growing in our climate. It draws deeply from the soil and concentrates those deep earth minerals in its leaves. In fact, Nettles are more nutrient dense than spinach or kale!

Traditionally, Nettle has been used to:
- Maintain a healthy inflammatory response
- Support joint comfort
- Support urinary tract health*

To me, Nettles embody summer in Wisconsin. Drinking Nettle Tea offers that abundance any time of year.

Sacred Blossom Farm Nettles are wild-harvested and processed specifically for leaf quality and mineral density. Drink daily for maximum benefits.

Our wild-harvested Stinging Nettles are an important nutritive ingredient in our Angel, Tiger, and Breathe tea blends:

How to Make Nettle Tea

To brew 1 cup of Nettle Tea:

  1. Brewing: Place the nettle leaves in your tea infuser & place infuser in teacup (1 tablespoon per 8 oz water.)

  2. Water: Boil water in your kettle and pour the boiling water over the infuser into your teacup.

  3. Steeping: Steep for 5-10 minutes, based on your taste. The longer the tea steeps, the stronger the flavor will be.

  4. Strain: After the tea has steeped to your liking, remove the infuser from your cup.

For an Overnight Infusion, try using 2x - 3x the Nettle and let steep overnight wrapped in a towel on the counter!

This longer steep time will result in a deep green, rich, invigorating tea.

Sacred Blossom Farm herbs are grown on our pristine Wisconsin herb farm using regenerative farming practices. All the herbs are harvested at peak potency, then dried, sifted, and packaged on-site to preserve their freshness, flavor, and medicinal constituents. We grow over 25 medicinal herbs on our small farm, and we invite you to try each of our artisanal bulk herbs and herbal tea blends.
