Stinging Nettle is one of the most widely used nutritive herbs in the world - more nutrient-dense than spinach or kale. It’s a favorite of herbalists, midwives, and health food junkies alike, especially when added to smoothies or in an overnight herbal concoction.
Sacred Blossom Farm Nettles are wild-harvested and processed specifically for leaf quality and mineral density. Drink daily for maximum benefits.
Our wild-harvested Stinging Nettles are an important nutritive ingredient in our Angel, Tiger, and Breathe tea blends:
How to Make Nettle Tea
To brew 1 cup of Nettle Tea:
Brewing: Place the nettle leaves in your tea infuser & place infuser in teacup (1 tablespoon per 8 oz water.)
Water: Boil water in your kettle and pour the boiling water over the infuser into your teacup.
Steeping: Steep for 5-10 minutes, based on your taste. The longer the tea steeps, the stronger the flavor will be.
Strain: After the tea has steeped to your liking, remove the infuser from your cup.
Sacred Blossom Farm herbs are grown on our pristine Wisconsin herb farm using regenerative farming practices. All the herbs are harvested at peak potency, then dried, sifted, and packaged on-site to preserve their freshness, flavor, and medicinal constituents. We grow over 25 medicinal herbs on our small farm, and we invite you to try each of our artisanal bulk herbs and herbal tea blends.
