ORDERING
MODIFYING/CANCELLING ORDERS
If you have placed an order, and then decide that you would like to modify it for any reason, please email us immediately at orders@sacredblossomfarm.com. If a packing slip has not been created for the order, we can modify or cancel. If a packing slip has already been created, we will not be able to edit the original order.
DUPLICATE ORDERS
Please be advised that Sacred Blossom Farm assumes no responsibility for any duplicate orders placed by customers online. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that duplicate orders are avoided. In the event that a duplicate order is placed, all return guidelines as laid out in the Return Policy will apply.
SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING ONLY TO U.S. CUSTOMERS AT THIS TIME
Orders are shipped from our farm in Wisconsin via USPS and the estimated delivery time is 4-6 working days from the date the order is placed. Hawaii, Alaska, and APO orders might take longer.
Please note that any delays or damages caused by shipping carriers are not our responsibility. It’s critical you double check your shipping address for accuracy to avoid misrouted or undelivered products.
In the event that your package goes missing, we will help as much as possible. However, ultimately lost packages are the fault of the shipping provider and we cannot assume the responsibility of replacing or refunding missing packages, though we will do our best to make it right with you!
If your order did not arrive, or arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at orders@sacredblossomfarm.com immediately. We may require photos of the damaged product and packaging.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
To qualify for a return, you must contact orders@sacredblossomfarm.com and include a description of the issue and a screenshot of your shipping confirmation email with order number. We will follow up with you within 48 hours to determine whether a refund or a return is appropriate for the circumstances.
Generally, we do not allow returns or refunds for items that have been opened, that you weren’t to your taste, or that were ordered incorrectly. However, we will do what we can to make it right with you on a situation-by-situation basis.
We will not provide any refunds for products past 45 days from the initial purchase. No exceptions.
UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS / MIS-SHIPS
In the event that a product is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will not be held responsible for reshipping the product. We will issue a refund for the product, minus any shipping costs, provided the product is returned in its original condition. The customer will be notified, and is then free to reorder their product with a deliverable address.
In the event that a shipment is returned to us as Undelivered, you may receive a replacement/ full refund for the products ordered.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
Should you encounter any damaged goods in your order, please get in touch with us at orders@sacredblossomfarm.com. We'll promptly investigate the matter and, if the issue is verified, we'll make arrangements to send you a replacement for the damaged item. No replacements will be sent without proof that the package came damaged.
