Every step of our farming is designed to protect the herbs’ quality, freshness, and soul:

• Top Quality: Herbs are dried slowly in our greenhouses and processed on site..
• Whole: Leaves and flowers are kept intact, not pulverized and powdered.
• Fresh: Each season’s harvest is small-batch - when it’s gone, it’s gone.

We believe herbs carry the spirit of the place they’re grown. Our work is simply to protect that essence and share it. That's why our teas are kept whole and loose leaf, allowing the plants to express their true flavor, aroma, and character - unlike the sawdust you’ll find in most store bought teabags (see below.)
