We grow our herbs in poly-cultures in biologically active soils. Minimal fertilizer and irrigation makes hearty, potent herbs.

We dry our herbs at low temperatures and process by hand and with custom built machines to produce dry herbs of uncommon quality.

We grow and dry what we can each year and sell it fresh. When the season’s harvest is sold out, you’ll have to wait for the next one.
