Our Echinacea purpurea plants grow for at least 2 years, interplanted with other medicinal herbs and feasted on by thousands of pollinators. Each September, the great Monarch Butterfly migration visits our farm and as soon as they migrate on, we dig the plants up.
After separating the roots from the tops and washing everything clean, we shred them and get them steeping in Organic Cane Alcohol within 2 hours of harvest. The mixture sits for several weeks until the extract is as potent as possible.
This year, we only produced a few 5 gallon buckets of tincture, so get this magical elixir while we still have it!
Sacred Blossom Farm herbs are grown on our pristine Wisconsin herb farm using regenerative farming practices.
