Our Oatstraw is harvested on the day of its peak ripeness —when the plant's nutrients are most potent and usable by your body. Oatstraw is the plant stalk of Avena sativa, while Milky Oat Tops are the unripe seeds of the plant. This botanical is known for its benefits to the nervous system, whether taken as a tea or as oatstraw extract:
